Refund Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You are fully covered against loss or damage of your item(s). If your item arrives damaged, please contact us first so we can issue a refund or replacement, your choice. There may be no need to return the damaged item to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we will gladly issue a refund, less shipping, as long as your items are returned in original undamaged condition, within 30 calendar days of original purchase date. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number. Please contact us to get an RA# as packages without an RA# are refused.

Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Treasure Gurus, LLC may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
